Assistant (Textile Team)

Make invoice and follow up payment for each project requested by other CU offices.
Assist clients in using information systems (ICU, CUSI) of the company and helping them to understand the requirements of standards (GRS, RCS, GOTS, OCS, RDS, OBP, etc.) about Transaction Certificates, Materials and Products Compositions, Processes.
Support marketing activities of Certification department (coordinating to organize fairs, exhibitions and workshop events).
Monitor workflows of each project.
Other tasks assigned by Certification Manager / Textile Team Manager.
Make audit schedules, assign auditors, send audit documents to clients, assist them in inputting information to these documents.
Assist clients and business developments in contracting workflow.
Input data to CEDA (payment tracking app).
Be responsible for issuing TCs (Transaction Certificates).
To be a contact point between clients, business developments, auditors and certifiers in Vietnam and overseas during contracting, planning, assessment, certification and post- certification workflows.

Good command of English (4 skills).
1+ year of experience in Textile/Garment field as Customer Service/Merchandiser/Import – Export Administrator or related positions.
Possess at least bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Textile.
