(Associate) Manager - Insight

You will join the new Customer Success team to optimize user experience and drive product – led growth in MoMo. You will be responsible for providing a crucial feedback loop from the “front lines” into our product and strategy development as well as taking the initiative to solve them and share learnings so the product development team can adjust their strategy and goals as we build.

Coordinate implementation, drive actions across different teams: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing product and customer feedback data, surfacing to relevant teams to inform the direction and understanding of key feature/ product improvement;
Improving the visibility of product roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders;
Manage analytics needed to ensure Product Development Team & Stakeholders have the information they need via facilitating customer & product feedback review and planning meetings;
Work on initiatives to understand customer pain points and develop performance improvement projects led by Customer Success team, including but not limited to enhancement of current products and features offered by MoMo and development of various services and supports that meet customers’ needs;
Proactively communicate and share research results and recommendations: to colleagues and key stakeholders (in product, design, data science, marketing, and business units).

Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary;
Language: proficient in English. Chinese is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; be able to express ideas clearly and simply to executive audience;
Good product sense; an understanding of product development, design thinking while being aware of industry trends and competitive actions as a context for making analysis;
Work experience in driving improvement initiatives and in a fast- paced environment, preferably experience in consulting, e- commerce or relevant industries;
