The HR Analytics Associate Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization’s HR analytics initiatives. This role involves analyzing HR data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve HR strategies and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is proficient in data analysis, has a strong understanding of HR processes, and can communicate complex data findings to stakeholders effectively.
What you will do
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.
Create other reports on key HR metrics on requests such as turnover, employee engagement, recruitment efficiency, and performance management.
Present analytical findings and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Develop visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate complex data insights.
HR Process Improvement:
Collaborate with HR teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Provide data- driven recommendations to enhance HR practices and policies.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and track their effectiveness.
Train HR team members on data interpretation and the use of analytics tools.
Strategic Decision Support:
Assist HR leadership in strategic planning by providing data insights and predictive analytics.
Identify and address HR- related business challenges using data- driven approaches.
Tool and System Management:
Manage HR analytics tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest HR analytics technologies and methodologies.
Work with IT and other departments to integrate HR data systems.
Build and maintain the HRIS and other HR tools
Compliance and Security:
Ensure all HR data analytics practices comply with legal standards and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.
What you will need
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data visualization tools
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Excellent communication and presentation in English.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
