Associate Payment Quality Assurance - Order Management Team, Shopee

• Conduct regular audit & quality assurance evaluation to ensure policies/ SOPs are updated and effectively implemented.
• Maintain up-to-date written documentation and policies related to the payment flow & processes.
• Collaborate closely with payment related stakeholders, including Payment Operations team & other departments in Shopee to understand pain points & problems in payment flows to identify improvement areas.
• Work with the Process Excellence team to provide insights & risk assessment on current & new processes.
• Be responsible for the communication chain regarding policy/ process changes and escalation from Regional & local teams.
• Organize training sessions on payment tools, knowledges, processes & compliance to ensure the process is well communicated & executed accurately.
• Assist the line manager in other tasks assigned.
  

• 1-3 years of experience in business administration/ finance/ banking/ accounting
• Strong interest in Compliance/ Quality Audit & Training
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in English
