As a QA Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality vision across our digital banking platforms. Your focus will be on guiding and driving test automation while continuously improving processes across all feature teams and portfolios to elevate overall product quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Quality Strategy
Ensure adherence to quality standards by all team members
Quality at speed enhances delivery testing and optimizes resource costs, making scaling easier.
Monitor test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure alignment with business requirements (Include test management, test analytic, test government).
Foster a Quality- First Culture
Encourage open feedback and continuous improvement across the organization
Advocate for a mindset where quality is everyone’s responsibility, not just QA’s.
Lead by example, showing how attention to detail can make a difference for users.
Champion Automation
Stay ahead of trends to introduce innovative solutions that enhance efficiency
Advocate for and lead the adoption of cutting- edge test automation tools.
Embed automation into the CI/CD pipeline to achieve faster, more reliable releases
Turn Metrics into Insights
Track quality metrics like defect rates and test coverage to measure team success.
Share progress, insights, and updates with DoE/PPM and Banks, keeping them informed and confident
Use data to identify areas for improvement and ensure risks are managed proactively
Be a Mentor and Leader
Provide meaningful feedback through regular performance reviews to help your team shine
Build a positive, collaborative team environment where quality is a shared priority
Inspire and support your QA team, helping them grow professionally and excel in their roles
Build Bridges Across Teams
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, product owners, and other QA teams to align on quality goals.
Focusing on guiding and driving the engineering team to improve overall product quality.
