Associate Project Manager (IT Outsourcing)

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual with leadership skills to join our company as an Associate Project Manager/Business Analyst. In this role, you work with the primary Project Manager to ensure the completion of Team projects. Your BA background will help to clarify & gather requirements, process tasks in a proper direction to support project team. You may be assigned to coordinate administrative tasks, schedule resources, and send staff deadline reminders. We are looking for a candidate who can be trusted to effectively coordinate the efforts of a project team with limited supervision and make sure the project is completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Timely and proactive response to requests for service from all areas of the business
Understand the scope of the project
Monitor and assist Scrum teams in daily activities
Effective risk & issue management, with timely and efficient escalation of issues to Delivery Lead
Coordinate tasks and resources
Timely and accurate status Report to Delivery Lead
Assist Delivery Lead with facilitating Agile activities
Manage team working process effectively
Manage requirement documents for being up- to- date
Create positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication with Scrum teams and Onshore

Requirement and Qualifications

A team player with good interpersonal skills (communication, positive attitude, teamwork)
At least 1- 2 years experience as a Project manager
Experience in managing project, especially project planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experienced in Agile methodologies
Be detail- oriented and Organized
Good logical thinking

The following is considered highly advantageous

Patience, Can- do attitude
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experienced in working with customers in Europe (AU, UK)

Compensations:

Full salary during 2- month probation period
