Associate Team Leader – Growth

Campaign Management:

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results;
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of cross- sell campaigns across various channels (out- app, in- app, etc.);
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and offers that resonate with target audiences;

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement;
Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance;
Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, segment customers, and measure the effectiveness of cross- sell initiatives;

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Present strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Collaborate with product teams to ensure cross- sell offers are seamlessly integrated into the user experience;
Work with the Customer Services and Customer Insights teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with cross- sell efforts;

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field;
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
Creative thinker with a strong customer- centric mindset and the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on cross- sell strategies;
