Automation Manager

Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Collaborate with relevant departments for volume handover documentation and final acceptance procedures with contractors.
Prepare tender documents, evaluate technical aspects of bidding dossiers, and review engineering- related contract terms.
Oversee and manage contractors throughout project execution to ensure delivery of quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with safety standards.
Develop and design automation solutions for manufacturing operations, including pre- feasibility assessments and project budgeting.
Contribute to project development planning, status reporting, and timely escalation of issues or roadblocks.
Present technical solutions and provide supporting justifications for management and leadership approvals.
Coordinate cross- functionally with internal departments to gather project inputs and ensure timely submission for budget review and approval.
Participate in company- wide innovation and contribute ideas for corporate development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Demonstrates ownership, leadership qualities, eagerness to learn, and resilience under pressure.
University degree in Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Solid planning, organization, and execution capabilities, including team supervision and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication, presentation, and explanation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines and interdepartmental collaboration.
Fluent in English across all four technical communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Minimum 7 years of experience in designing or operating automation/digitalization solutions in a manufacturing setting. Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage.
Strong ability to seek and implement optimized technical and cost- effective project solutions.
Proficient in industry software such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and automation- related tools.
Driven by a desire to serve Vietnamese consumers and achieve breakthrough goals.
Familiar with food/beverage/cosmetic plant design standards and advantageous knowledge of EHEDG, ISA 95, IEC design codes.
Experience managing and applying digital systems and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a plus.
