Automation Product Management Specialist – Operational Tech

This role is part of the OpTech team, responsible for identifying improvement areas, implementing processes and tools that drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate must have a data- driven mindset for optimization and focus on building automated process and products for efficiency and continuous improvement.

Optimize and automate operating processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and enhance internal user experience;
Identify operational gaps and propose creative improvement initiatives;
Propose measurements for productivity and testing to finetune recommended metrics;
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements (including AI) that can drive operational improvements; evaluate and recommend new technologies or systems that support operational goals.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders (business, internal supporting team, product, development team…) to understand operational processes, analyze requests, identify key improvements, and manage full development cycle;
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational processes; provide data- driven insights that can translate into impactful recommendations;

Committed, result- oriented, willing to go the extra miles to achieve common goals;
Background in technology consulting, product management, or business intelligence;
5+ years of working experience;
Experience in building automated products/process is a must;
Experience in transformation or change management projects in Fintech, E- commerce, or other Tech start- ups is preferred;
Familiar with product development process, strong sense of business, excellent analytical skills – able to build convincing use cases based on data and influence stakeholders towards improvements;
Big picture, strategic thinking, while maintaining great attention to details.
