Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineers to join our cuttingedge security & AI company. The ideal candidates will have a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI tools to ensure the highest quality of our products and services. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards and driving continuous improvement.

Advertising platform
AI- powered chatbot for enterprise
End- to- end Encryption Storage (top priority)
Position: team member or team lead
Open level: from Middle to Principal/Lead level
Work location:
Onsite: only for core & high performance with extremely high benefits
In Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh city, central districts
Working hour:
Full time at the office, no hybrid & no remote
9:00- 18:00
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Identify, track, and resolve product defects and issues.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and generate reports.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures with a focus on automation.
Utilize AI- driven tools for testing, defect detection, and analysis.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Stay up- to- date with the latest QC methodologies and technologies, especially in automation and AI.
For senior member:
Guide team members on testing skills and practices
Lead by example in research and development

Required Skills

Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts for quality assurance.
Proven experience in Quality Control or Software Testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of security technologies and concepts.
Certification in Quality Control or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).
Experience with specific AI- driven testing tools.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Skills

AI/Machine Learning Tools: Understanding and practical experience with AI- based testintools
Automation Testing: Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks
Defect Tracking: Experience in using bug tracking systems and defect management
Scripting Languages: Skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar for automation
Test Planning: Creating detailed and comprehensive test plans and cases
