OVERALL JOB PURPOSE.
Responsible for repair quality at service station supporting dealers in TCMV products (including agricultural tractor, coach and light truck) in technical training, monitoring, technical support and spare parts supply support to dealers/customers, warranty activities and generating technical reports.
Responsibilities

Monitor Dealer to Assure the proper implementation of Service processes
Other jobs as assigned by Manager
Assure technical training and supports to dealers and manage warranty activities
Settle customer complaints regarding repair quality of technicians
Assure Customer Satisfaction
Develop, maintain & ensure work instructions for repair job
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for all repair cases

QUALIFICATIONS:
Possessed a University Degree specializing in Automotive/ Engineering or equivalent.
Skill & Experience:

At least 1- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Good at English
Car driving license.
Strong computer skills. (Microsoft office)

14 days Annual leave per year.

From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 18:15 pm.
