Automotive Service Manager

English is a must in order to understand technical aspects of Ferrari cars; Every manual on Ferrari cars is in English
Education level: University and above
Good interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to explain problems in cars to customers
Ability to analyze the workshop time distribution system and to learn Ferrari DMS(intranet)
Deep technical knowledge and experience on maintenance and repair for cars; must be able to inspect repair status by technicians and give advices and train them
Work experience in import car brand is preferable, especially super cars
Ability to organize and plan works, according to Ferrari Standards; should be able to optimize the processes as well, depending on current situations
Work Experience: more than 10 years

Overall Workshop Management
- Creating, maintaining, controlling the service processes with the high level of efficiency at the workshop, according to Ferrari Standards
- Customer Prospecting for work/spare parts/accessories with Service Advisor
- Tools, Equipment & Part Inventory Management
- Planning and Meeting After sales goals & Reporting to General Manager and General Director on a regular basis
- Labor time management(Scheduling workshop labor availability)
Checking on work and Approval
- Checking on a Diagnosis carried out by Technicians
- Checking quotations submitted by Service Advisor
- Auditing vehicles at the end of each work and checks; testing the validity of the work carried out Technicians
After Sales Customer Management
- Solving customer complaints, if any
- Customer Data Management with the Ferrari DMS
- Supervising Service Advisor on customer contacts
Technician Training Management
- Advising them with technical knowledge
- Scheduling training for technicians when necessary
