Automotive Technician & Operations Manager

Responsibility:
Operations/Technical:

Recommend enhancements to improve systems performance
Monitor the health status of all products and prioritize the repair process when required
Collaborate with Asia regional team to drive the operational plan, oversees day- to- day operation activities such as manpower integration and contingency management of automotive device
Inventory controlling; Review and approve all vendor services and its related cost ensuring cost are being properly managed.

Customer facing and technical support:

Establish end- to- end service delivery for projects
Managing and solving technical issues faced by customers
Analyze and identify industry trends and customers need and provide feedback to improve the feasibility of new product development

Management:

Lead the control room in long- term
Oversee installation technician team (fitment technician- must; software, hardware, embedded engineer- nice to have)
Provide products and systems training to internal employees (especially installation technician team) and customers when required

Requirements

Experience in the M&E/Automotive/ System Integrator (SI)/ IOT/ Electronic Device industry
Holding a car driving license is a plus
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Engineering with strong electronics / technical experiences
Familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus
Technical capability with proven track record in incident and troubleshooting management (especially electrical knowledge relevant to car electrical system)
Excellent English & Vietnamese communication to work with both regional and local stakeholders across departments and clients
Minimum of 5 years experience in the role and experience in managing and growing a team (installation technician engineer team is preferred)
