B2B Business Development Executive

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Market research and leads generating.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. (Cooperate with Account Manager team)
- Familiarizing yourself with business services offered by the company.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive deals.
- Procuring new clients through multichannel and strategy (90% cversee clients).
- Reviewing clients&039; feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Good communication skills both written/spoken in English, high ability to influence
- Working knowledge of computer applications –power point/excel/word
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Good multiple stake holders & customer Relationship Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships
- Tertiary degree especially in Tourism or Business studies
- Extensive working experience in similar roles at B2B sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment, of which tourism or hospitality are preferred
- Proactive, initiative and creative and highly result oriented
- Highly analytical and problem solving ability
