We are currently seeking a senior highly skilled and motivated Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain back-end and front-end systems for data intensive applications.


• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to process and analyze large-scale biological data sets.


• Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for high-performance computing.


• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of bioinformatics pipelines.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and computational biology to contribute innovative solutions to our projects.

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, preferably in a bioinformatics or genomics-focused role.


• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, NodeJS, or C++.


• Experience with databases.


• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and libraries is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
