Backend Developer (PHP, Laravel, MVC, OOP)

Macromill South East Asia Vietnam Company Limited is a 100% Japanese Company that provides "online" market research services in Quantitative and Qualitative Research.
As a Backend Developer, you will :

Construct, maintain, and improve our internal IT systems (the front and back end).
Create internal IT tools to support other departments.
Gather, build, and improve the database from multiple sources.

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in Web Application development.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Age: 25 ~ 30.

Technical Skills:

Strong skills in MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with Swagger UI and GraphQL or RESTful APIs.
Deep knowledge of Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC frameworks.
Experience with PHP frameworks, especially Laravel.

Language & Communication Skills:

Good command of English (Conversational level). Our company has offices worldwide, and your reporting line includes foreign managers.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High concentration and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong problem- solving and self- management skills.
Strong interest in designing, building, managing, and improving web applications.

Good- to- have Qualifications:

Mobile Applications (e.g., Flutter, Swift, Java).
Experience with cloud services like AWS or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in implementing security measures and understanding common vulnerabilities.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Proficiency in Linux, Apache, Nginx, and Security best practices.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
