Backend Engineer

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, and integration processes.
R&D: Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in Web3 technologies and identify opportunities to integrate innovative solutions into our products.
Smart Contract Engineering: Develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable smart contracts using Solidity or similar languages.
dApp Development: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate blockchain solutions into decentralized applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Blockchain Development: Design and implement blockchain protocols and consensus algorithms, with a focus on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and other relevant networks.
Scalability: Implement solutions to enhance the scalability and performance of blockchain applications, utilizing Layer 2 solutions, sharding, or other relevant technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams including product management, frontend/backend engineers, and DevOps to deliver high- quality blockchain- based products.
Security: Conduct thorough audits of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure to identify and fix vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience

Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptographic principles, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role in Web3 projects.
Familiarity with front- end development, Web3.js, Ethers.js, and relevant libraries is a plus.
Hands- on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Truffle, Hardhat, or similar frameworks.
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.

Skills

Knowledge of token standards (ERC- 20, ERC- 721, etc.) and NFT development.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for blockchain deployments.
Solid understanding of consensus mechanisms, peer- to- peer networks, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in smart contract development, testing, and deployment.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex blockchain issues.
