Your work will directly impact the efficiency and innovation culture of the entire company. You will:

Integrate and Amplify: Architect and implement seamless integrations with our core platforms (e.g., Slack, Atlassian, Github, GCP tools) to embed innovation directly into our daily workflows.
Build the Foundation for Innovation: Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs that will power our entire suite of intelligent tools and future innovations.
Spearhead Innovative Solutions: Design, build, and deploy high- impact solutions from proof- of- concept to production. This includes our focus on AI- driven solutions, as well as other pioneering projects in areas like developer productivity, process automation, and data platforms.
Lead R&D Initiatives: Stay on the pulse of the tech industry to research, evaluate, and prototype with emerging technologies. While a significant part of this involves the AI/ML space (LLMs, RAG), it also extends to new architectural patterns, development tools, and platforms that can transform our practices.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable systems.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with LLMs or AI applications is a big advantage. We would love to hear from you.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong proficiency in either Python, Golang, or Node.js and their associated ecosystem. Willingness to adapt to new languages and frameworks as needed.
4+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying production- ready applications.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and a strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
