Backend Engineer (Lead) (NodeJS/MySQL/Python)

Resolve technical issues related to backend systems and databases.
Ensure code quality, adhere to SOLID principles, apply design patterns, and optimize database performance.
Understanding team vision and business strategy and communication skills to deliver business requirements to the development team
Experience in training and team- leading skills, leading a software development team
Develop and maintain backend services.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, ensuring effective communication in English.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby, etc.)
Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with international teams.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
3 years or more experience Knowledge of security best practices
Experience in leading a software development team2 years or more experience
5 years or more experience Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and server- side logic
Experience in team management and project management
3 years or more experience Knowledge of backend best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.

Desirable Traits:

Active participation and contribution to open source projects and experience working with communities.
Expertise in security and practical experience in vulnerability countermeasures and security best practices.
Strong problem- solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and stay updated.
Experience in understanding business needs and building backend architecture and development strategies based on them.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Skills in clearly and effectively communicating team results and technical strategies to other departments and senior management.
Familiar with DevOps best practices and experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines.
