Backend Engineer (NodeJS, all levels)

Josys is a venture- funded B2B SaaS startup that streamlines and automates corporate IT operations. We are leveraging HiTech to automate and simplify IT operations to support the employee lifecycle . We are looking for comrades to create great products together!
Responsibility

Guarantee the products quality, high availability, and high throughput for long term business impact and customers experience.
A typical work day will involve collaborating with team members to develop and implement new features, optimizing performance, and integrating new APIs to drive our products forward.
Thrive in a fast- paced, high- growth startup environment where innovation and creativity are highly valued.
Demonstrate technical and product ownership with product managers and business teams.

Technical skills:

Experience with Typescript or Ruby on Rails is a big plus.
Familiar with cloud computing such as AWS.
Solid experience developing with Linux and web- based application’s frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails or ExpressJS).
Experience or interested in learning how to build high performance systems.
Confident with the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL, ExpressJS, NodeJS, ReactJS). To us, “years of working” are just a number, we are looking for good engineers at any levels.

Other skills:

Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork.
Pair programming and/or mob programming.
Strong interest to change old industries with technology.
Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
Seniority level should have experience with guiding junior members.
High interest in learning and using new technology.
