In this critical role, you&039;ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust backend infrastructure that powers our data intensive bioinformatics platform.

Our CompanyBioTuring is an innovative bioinformatics company that develops algorithms, and software to serve scientists from hundreds of pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutions, enabling discoveries about human diseases.

Design, develop, and maintain back- end for data intensive applications (PB).
Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to store, search, process and analyze large- scale biological data sets.
Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms for high- performance computing.

Experience and interest in building and maintaining scalable, high- performance backend systems suitable for handling large datasets.
Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, Go, NodeJS, or C++.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
