Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate guest transfers and liaise with Sales/Reservation Offices for business opportunities.
Ensure accurate billing, minimize rebates, and manage annual Front Office budget.
Implement room rate changes and handle reservations efficiently.
Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and cleanliness.
Train and evaluate staff; maintain compliance with management systems.
Manage room inventory to maximize revenue and prevent overbooking.
Maintain guest history and ensure preferences are met.
Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks promptly.
Conduct inspections of villas and public areas; liaise with engineering for maintenance.
Supervise guest services, in- room amenities, and VIP recognition programs.
Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Well- organized with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours when required
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
