Key Responsibilities:
Prepare HR reports, monthly updates, manpower statistics, and other administrative documents as assigned by management.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and orientation for new associates.
Handle associates’ inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll coordination, and company procedures professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with Banyan Group policies, labor regulations, grooming standards, and internal HR procedures.
Assist in implementing training and development activities, including coordination of learning programs and maintaining training records.
Participate in employee activities, CSR events, sustainability initiatives, audits, and pre- opening or operational projects as required.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, recognition programs, and internal communication to promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave management, and other HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance records, service charge data, benefits, and related HR information accurately and on time.
Act as a role model in professionalism, confidentiality, communication, teamwork, and associate engagement at all times.
Coordinate closely with all departments to support manpower planning, staffing requirements, and operational HR needs.
Support the Human Resources Manager/Director in overseeing daily HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient people management practices aligned with Banyan Group standards.
Support performance management processes, probation follow- up, contract administration, and employee relations activities.

Requirements:
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well- organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry- level positions
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
