• Engage in beverage preparation and service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence.
• Have thorough knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
• Maximize revenue in the outlet by implementing up selling techniques.
• Maintain beverage par stocks and places order accordingly.
• Helps maintain the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any engineering or housekeeping defects to supervisors.
• Help maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
• Handles customer standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.

YÊU CẦU DÀNH CHO ỨNG VIÊN

• Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh cơ bản
• Có kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp khác.
• Có các chứng chỉ, bằng cấp liên quan đến bộ phận.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong bộ phận hoặc ít nhất 1 năm đảm đương ở vị trí này.
• Hiểu rõ quy trình công việc liên quan đến bộ phận.
