BAR MANAGER

• Ensure superior guest services and compliance with high quality operational standards including effective inventory management and systematic FF&E inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Exercise sound business decision- making, develop and manage budgets, procure sensibly and sustainably while managing costs to agreed business objectives.
• Lead execution of strategies and plans to improve growth and profitability of the outlets of the Property.
• Work with F&B Manager to achieve the business objectives and meet/exceed financial targets.
• Train, develop and motivate the bar service team to meet and improve operations standards on a continual basis while attending to their developmental needs through coaching, mentoring, and helping them to improve their vocational knowledge, skills and attributes.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent to sustain and grow the outlet operations.
• Work effectively with other units and departments to improve operations and services of the Property.
• Lead and manage bar service operations, keeping operations productive, safe, and sustainably profitable.
• Provide direction and functional leadership for outlet operations.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good English communication both written and verbal.
Familiar with bar operations, inventory management, and relevant software.
Ability to motivate, guide, and lead a team.
Minimum 02 years experience at the same position.
