Record the day’s happenings, assignments done, up- date the daily revenue, and ice- cream inventory.

To ensure maximum revenue is obtained through up- selling technique
Talk to guest and get some feedback from them.
To be handle complaints promptly and report to Manager
Keeping cost on line, To monitor on wastage, stock level and ordering procedure
To ensure harmony among all staff.
To ensure S.O.P. is closely followed and maintained
Ensure the preparation of mis- en- place is ready for service
Organising and conduct training session
Hold briefing and follow- up on assignment given
Supervise staff behavior and attitude towards guests; take corrective action immediately if necessary.
Attend F&B meeting in the absence of Manager
Report any unusual happenings to Manager.
Staff assignment and stationing, e.g. clearly check every ½ hour; stand- by at the area of function.
Ensure the promotion event’s preparation and requirement been follow- up
Order general supplies and grocery, e.g. straw, cone, salt & pepper, sauce, serviette, ice cream, sugar and etc.
Time sheet is checked against time card and gets the respective staff to sign for it
