Job Description

Support other departments when necessary.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized bar area at all times.
Perform other duties as requested by the manager.
Check and prepare ingredients, ensuring both sufficient quantity and high quality.
Welcome and serve guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Comply with all regulations regarding food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety.
Handle and resolve issues that arise during guest service.
Prepare and mix beverages according to recipes and standards.
Consult and recommend drinks to customers based on their preferences.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills, with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and the ability to work well in a team.
Possess deep knowledge of various types of liquors, cocktails, mocktails, and other mixology recipes.
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well- groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
Hold a certification or degree relevant to Bartending professional skills.
Ability to work under high pressure and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
Hardworking, honest, responsible, and maintaining a positive attitude toward work.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an equivalent position; preference is given to candidates with experience working in high- end bars, clubs, or premium restaurants.
Proficient English communication skills.
