Job Summary
Bartender is the creative and charismatic host of our bar, responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering outstanding guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role combines expert mixology skills with a warm, engaging personality to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Operations & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and well- stocked bar station. Manage inventory of beverages, garnishes, and supplies. Follow proper cash handling and payment processing procedures.
Guest Interaction & Sales: Greet guests warmly, provide knowledgeable menu recommendations, and engage in friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience. Actively promote beverages and up- sell where appropriate.
Beverage Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards. Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control in every drink.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws regarding responsible alcohol service. Ensure the bar area is clean and complies with health and sanitation standards at all times.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Good numerical skills for handling cash and payments.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high- volume hotel, cocktail bar, or upscale restaurant.
Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation techniques, and major spirit categories.
