BD Director (open for Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese person)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report regularly to the Business Development Director on the progress of marketing plans and account management.
Prepare a marketing plan, including the formulation of a plan of action per client. In charge of marketing activities for branding purpose & increase company&039;s awareness on the strategy markets.
Establish, develop and maintain good internal and external contacts.
Develop new customer accounts, by showcasing company capability and services.
Perform other jobs under the requests of company.
Work to develop a pipeline of project opportunities to achieve sales levels at to be agreed targets.
Analysis the cases to find the way how to submit the proposals, convince clients and win the projects.
Do customer after- sales service and settle all complains from clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiating contractual agreements, in accordance with legislation and regulations, contractual agreements, within the framework of risk analysis.
Organize client events, create internal and external networking.

REQUIREMENTS
Language:

Good English communication

Related experiences:

Good sales skills and good knowledge of the market.
Can work unsupervised, under pressure and meet timelines.
Good analytical ability, team- work.
Willing to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet with clients
At least 5 years working experience at the same level, priority is given to candidates with experience & knowledge in renewable energy, B2B, project sales….
Self- motivated and demonstrates initiative.

Working and living in Vietnam.
