Beauty Advisor Supervisor (Hồ Chí Minh/Hà Nội)

Scope of Responsibilities
You are responsible for managing, guiding, assigning shifts, marking KPIs and arranging work schedules for the Beauty Advisor team.You need to have management experience, regularly go to the market to check and monitor the Beauty Advisor team.

Solve problems that arise in the Region and in the team.
Building effective relationships with stores, customers, working well with the Sales department, Marketing... to effectively implement promotional programs to push sales.
Always be approachable and act as a role model for the team.
Manage the documentation for the Beauty Advisor team in payroll, sales tracking, reports.
Check and supervise employees at the point of sale on working time, quality workload, attitude and awareness of employees to improve efficiency work of the Beauty Advisor team.
Plan & evaluate Beauty Advisor&039;s competencies via sales target in the Region.
Build good team spirit as One Team- One Goal.
Perform tasks as assigned by management.
Respect the company policy and make sure our Beauty Advisor team respects it.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing & Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution.
Provide timely and accurate reports to Management: performance jobs, employee attendance, market reports, competitors, etc.
Manage Beauty Advisor team, tracking sales target and incentive in the Region.
Recruit & train the Beauty Advisor team as sales consultant with a good customer service mindset.

Location: Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City

People management skills, get- things- done attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2- 3 years working experience in leading Beauty Advisor Team
Result Orientation
Experience in Beauty/Cosmetics industries is a plus.
