Keep an eye on the lobby area, and watch out for potential skippers or suspects around the hotel lobby.
Clean and polish all lobby luggage trolleys and hand trucks and ensure that all are in good condition at all times.
Report to Bell Captain and/or Senior Managers and all unusual events regarding guests and theft or other incidents.
Give guests a warm farewell on departure and wish them a good journey before they leave.
Handle guest luggage storage. Ensure baggage claim tags are issued and clearly explains to guest it policies of valuable storage in the luggage. Encourage guest to use safe boxes in the room.
Project and maintain a good image and professionalism at all times through immaculate appearance and manner.
Extend warm welcome to all guests at the entrance and hotel lobby. Assist all guests by opening, closing car doors and /or carry their luggage at the entrance area.
Deliver guest messages promptly to the room. Deliver newspapers, run errands, assist in knocking on guest room doors for unanswered wake – up calls and assist guests with room change/ transfers.
Accompany guests to the assigned room and brief them on Hotel facilities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by Bell Captain and Management.
Escort guests to the Front Desk counter and assist them with belongings.
Introduce and cross sells wherever possible on Hotel facilities, ex: type of restaurants, Business center, operation hours. Brief overview of places of interest in the local areas.
Handle guest requests and inquiries, and handle taxi and Hotel limousine service bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Passion for service excellence.
Diploma in Hotel Management or related field, and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
One year experience in a similar role in Guest Service in upscale hotels preferred.
Ability to speak Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese as an advantage.
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
