Blockchain Data Specialist - Index Operations

Job Description:

Supervise and automate data management both internally and externally with clients
Assist Sales and senior management with data queries and quantitative analysis for clients
Work with product and engineering to automate operational tasks where appropriate
Coordinate and execute operational tasks including Reconstitutions and Rebalances
Manage the firm&039;s index operations activities with a focus on ensuring methodologies are adhered to and the firm&039;s data production services are operating smoothly and robustly
Develop procedures to ensure the firm scales in an efficient and compliant manner
Map out the firm&039;s future operational capability requirements
Ensure that the new product roll outs are supported by strong administration
Collaborate with the firm&039;s product development functions to ensure accurate documentation of methodologies and processes required to support new products
Map the firm&039;s data flow and work across teams in data gathering, analysis, and distribution

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong working experience with Python
Experience and knowledge of digital assets
Solution oriented, highly- motivated and proactive self- starter
Strong communication and presentation skills
Expertise in data gathering, processing, and management
Strong grasp of information architecture and blockchain data best practices
BSc or equivalent (MSc preferred)
Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices
Well- rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
Ability to manage and balance and competing priorities
3 to 5 years of experience in a quantitative focused work environment
