Blockchain Developer (Rust, Move)

Develop decentralized, secure, and immutable systems that prioritize trustlessness and data integrity.
High consideration will be given to candidates with a proven track record in open- source contributions.
Collaborate with the core development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security issues, ensuring the system remains efficient and robust.
Stay informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology and apply new insights to continuously improve the platform.
Enhance scalability and performance by implementing and refining Layer1 and Layer2 protocols for the blockchain platform.
Perform code reviews and offer detailed, constructive feedback to maintain the quality, consistency, and long- term sustainability of the codebase.
Design, build, and manage the blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move, focusing on optimizing the system&039;s functionality and performance.

Advanced knowledge of system- level performance optimization, including memory management and CPU utilization techniques.
3+ years of expertise in Rust programming, with an in- depth understanding of its unique features and best practices.
Exceptional problem- solving abilities and the capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with native- level proficiency in both written and spoken English for clear and proactive collaboration.
Strong background in blockchain fundamentals, including networking, consensus protocols, parallel execution, storage, and related concepts.
Deep familiarity with blockchain security practices, with the ability to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities in code.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a fast- paced, dynamic team environment.
Proven experience building decentralized and trustless systems, with a focus on optimizing performance and scalability.

Priority will be given to candidates with:

Contributions to open- source projects are highly valued.
Experience with Move smart contracts is a plus.
Proficiency in the Move programming language, especially with Move Runtime (preferably Aptos Move).
