Blockchain Technical Lead (Solidity/ Nodejs )

Responsibilities:

Understand and apply Scrum and Agile principles in project and team management.
Master the technology and security principles related to Blockchain to ensure the safety and stability of products and services.
Collaborate closely with the Business Department to comprehend business requirements and goals, while seeking ways to balance and optimize between business and technical demands.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues during development.
Update and enhance the technical knowledge of the team through organizing training sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.
Lead and manage the technical team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of blockchain systems.
Provide reliable and innovative technical information for strategic decisions across the company.

Your Skills And Experience:
Must have:

Experience in system architecture: as the position not only requires programming skills but also the ability to design and manage the entire system and architecture of the project.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical issues.
At least 2 years of experience in this specific aspect of blockchain technology is desired: The candidate specifically needs to demonstrate a robust understanding and practical experience with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystem. This also includes knowledge in implementing security measures within the EVM environment.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with working in an Agile environment and experience working with Scrum or other flexible development methods.
Experience with project management and leading a team.
At least 5 years of experience in backend development. The candidate should have worked with one or more server- side programming languages, like Javascript/Node.js, Rust, Golang, etc.

Nice to have:

Experienced in developing distributed systems on top of microservices architecture, event- driven architecture using NodeJs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. is highly welcome.
Having knowledge of one architecture model: microservices, event- driven.
Experience in cloud- based application development (AWS, GCP, Azure ).

Recruitment process:

If you pass the second round, we will have an in- person interview regarding cultural fit (final round).If you pass the final round, you will undergo a 2- month probation before becoming a full member.
We will have a brief phone interview first (first round) and an online test (if applicable).
If you pass the phone interview and the online test, we will have an in- person interview regarding expertise (second round)
