We are hiring a Executive Assistant to support one of our Founders — someone who operates with calm under pressure, handles the moving parts behind the scenes, and ensures the founder&039;s time, presence, and priorities are protected and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the founder’s calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and logistics
Handle personal errands and time- sensitive tasks with discretion
Coordinate events, meetings, or private functions
Monitor and follow up on emails, messages, and meeting actions
Attend business meetings and arrange for necessary follow ups
Founders Brand coordinator
Manage and schedule posts on Instagram and LinkedIn (not content creation)
Maintain a content calendar, track deadlines, and coordinate with designers/copywriters/ content creators
Ensure the founder’s personal brand presence stays polished and consistent

Liaise with media contacts, PR firms, and collaborators for scheduling and follow- ups
