Bottom Team Leader

Checking 2d drawing file : Need to understanding the 2d drawing and how to checking the 2d for corrected with design
Tracking tooling status: Support managing the tooling calendar for inline seasons and execute project critical paths according to seasonal timelines.
Support ME team request jig: For new model ME team will checking time for all process if they are need some jig we need to support.
Make sock liner gauge: The person should be know how to making sock liner gauge follow standard from last bottom then we need to checking it’s fix with the shoes.
Make bottom measurement data : For new model , after mold finished we need to checking length , wider , thickness ...then make standard for sample following.
Join weekly development team meetings and update tooling mold schedule on the Midas system.
Order sample last : For new season , if we having using the new last for new model we need to order some pairs for testing before order max production
Update bottom view information: For new model we need update bottom component for each model
3d PAD creation: Base on the current 3d file we can adjust and making 3d file for pad order
Support CE team request jig: Some model have the bottom difficult stock fit or assembling we need support CE team making jig.
Revise drawing file: Can understanding the revision file from Brand then revise 2d drawing follow all information.
Make sock liner logo: Understand how to making the new logo sock liner then send to LOD cfm , then send to supplier open new film. After that information to sample team logo dimension and supplier for order for all stage.
Stock fitting guideline creation: Checking the current part of midsole and rubber…then making SOP for stock fitting process.
Make bottom 2nd treatment guideline and data : If new model spray or printing we need to making gauge standard for supplier test first then we check part cfm and making SOP file send to production
Revise PAD and JIG: For improve the issue for testing about the bonding or fitting we should be revises the pad and jig as well.
Order PAD and JIG for sample process: For new model after open new mold we need order pad for sample working and Jig for IMEVA process.

Experience

Educational level is intermediate or higher if you have experience making 2D drawings
Skill: 2d and 3d process and skill : Understanding the 2d , 3d process how to making the new 2d drawing and 3d file.
5- 10 years of 2D working experience

Knowledge:

Understanding MS Powerpoint and other document : The person can using well the rhino , photoshop,adobe illutrator,excel,word,....
Communication with English : Can speaking and writting as well.
Costing data calc. skill : Undersanding how to making costing 2.0 , how to calc mold cost template , rctt , ictt...for update MCF
