Branch Activation Officer are responsible for overseeing Below the line activities for sales team and the day-to-day Sampling & New Consumer Acquisition operations of branch, Need planning & Executing Activities of recruiting new Consumers to Brands as key contact point of Sales and report to Directly Branch & Dot line to Marketing & Brand team.
Job holder commonly works with a Sales team, Agencies for conducting activities & also Handles promotion Team members to ensure branch Sales Activation & BTL activities runs smoothly and efficiently.
A Branch Activation Officer oversees the Below the line (BTL) Activities of Can Tho Branch Sales team.

Key contact point of Branch Activations and related paper works, Custodian for all the Activity Material & Accountable with Desired Results.
Other related tasks upon request by Branch Manager or above
Be responsible for Activities held in Branch sharing the status & Results of activities (Samples/conversions) to Key stake holders in the company,
Be responsible for day-to-day BTL Activity operations in branch Business area and coordinating with other members in the company to ensure the branch BTL activities runs smoothly.
A Branch Activation Officer typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:Be responsible for Working with sales team to conduct Sampling & other planned BTL activities in Mekong Market.
Training new employees on Sales Activation policies and procedures and Orientation for New hires in Activation team at the Branch. Keeping Activation talent pool ready for future Branch requirements,
Understanding company products & Consumers – following ways to Recruit new consumers to brand working with Sales Team in market, Introducing the Brands to consumer with support of sampling & Road shows as per company plans.

Advanced Microsoft office skills, Planning skills
Specialized in Sales administration. Having experience in Activations & Sales is an advantage.
Understand numeric data
College or Bachelor of Art
Having one-three years at relevant position
