Calculate, track, and evaluate branch- level KPIs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with operational goals.
Provide insightful analyses to support management decision- making and strategic planning.
Store and chain target allocating
Prepare consolidated reports and presentations for leadership when required.
Conduct quarterly deep- dive analysis to identify trends, operational risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards and analytical reports.
Incentive Programs & Monthly Bonus Calculation
Design and propose monthly incentive programs for branches based on business objectives and performance drivers.
Calculate monthly bonus results for branches and related positions, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy before final approval.
Analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Maintain and continuously improve the incentive and bonus evaluation framework, ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with company policies.
Operational Planning & Resource Management
Evaluate branch operational performance and propose initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Support the development of the annual operating budget for the branch network (OPEX and CAPEX).
Build and monitor the headcount plan, including workforce allocation and optimization recommendations.
Project Participation & Process Improvement
Participate in or lead operational improvement projects, focusing on process optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.
Track project progress, ensure deliverables are met, and prepare post- implementation evaluations.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to implement new processes, systems, tools, and operational standards.
Other Responsibilities
Provide operational support to branches and solve emerging issues as requested by management.
Ensure compliance with internal operational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by direct managers to support business operations.
