Brand Activation Executive (Trade Marketing)

Drive for Result:

Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.
Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance
Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities
Responsible for all merchandizing items according to brand guideline.
Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.
Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions

Customer centric:

Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program
Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.

Innovation:

Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights

Analysis skill:

Make market analysis report to provide and analyze data, find out solution and recommend proposal to develop market.

Educational Qualifications:

Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance

Relevant Experience:

Budget management/ Communication skills
Analysis and forecast skill
Knowledge in conducting promotion activities/ Pricing
Able to work under time constraints
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Trade Marketing, Sales (1- 2 years)
Ability to think logically and creatively
Planning skill & Projects management
