What you will do
Communication Planning and Execution:
Be able to develop a concrete communication framework and turn business objectives into creative briefs and media briefs;
Follow up with execution and pivot/optimize on- the- go.
Creative Project Management:
Work closely with our in- house creative team and creative partners to manage the resources, timeline and deliverables of our creative campaign, ensuring that our campaigns are on time, in full and of the highest quality;
Work in sync with other cross- functional teams to understand goals, define expectations and collaborate with stakeholders along the way.
Creative Partner Sourcing:
Source out the best creative partners, map out their expertise and develop on- going relationships to create meaningful and impactful communication works.
Resource and Budget Management:
Manage the assigned budget of your projects.
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations to optimize the campaign and improve our long term marketing performance.
What you will need
You have a wide range of experiences across different creative formats and channels: digital, social, TV, OOH, social outreach, KOL, music marketing etc;
You have excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy and openness
You are fast paced and flexible;
You enjoy the creative process;
Strong communication or advertising background. At least 5 years working in brand marketing, brand agencies, ad agencies, in- house creative team or other positions with equivalent experience;
You don’t settle for mediocre. You enjoy the thrill of doing something new and raising the bar;
You are a solid project manager;
