Brand Manager (Beauty & Personal Care/ Makeup)

Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City;
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Saturday Morning);
Headcounts: 01;
Reporting to: Growth Director;
Category: Beauty;
Responsibilities:

Generate ideas and implement traditional and modern communication campaigns for the brand;
Conduct market research, collect data on the market that the business product is targeting;
Anticipate campaign risks and implement timely solutions. Develop innovative growth strategies;
Team management.
Monitor marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product strategy;
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, while evaluating ROI and KPIs;
Ensure consistency between the brand personality and the company&039;s vision, mission, goals, and strategy;
Develop positioning and market penetration strategies, forecast revenue, and create budgets;

Requirements:
Compulsory:

High commitment;
Practical experience;
Experience in similar position in Cosmetics, Fashion and Personal Care industry;
Acumen.

As a big plus if:

Experience in using or working in High- end Brands/Corporations;
Tech- savvy, regularly explores and applies new technologies to work.
