Brand Manager (Food Brand)

Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build the brand.
Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.
Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution.
Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management, and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Get closed to customers/consumers via frequent market visits.
Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitors’ movements... to identify brand opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for brand planning.

Strong at consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related major.
Proficient in english.
Results driven and possessed initiative to organize work independently.
Ability to multi- task and be proactive & independent in a fast- paced, ownership in dynamic environment.
At least 3- year experience in the same position, within Food or global brand is a big plus.
