We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / BrSE (Senior level) to lead development projects for the Japanese market.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between Japan HQ and the Vietnam development team, ensuring smooth communication, project success, and organizational growth.

What you’ll do:
Project Management
Take ownership of schedule, quality, requirements, and profitability.
Manage development, operation, and maintenance projects for Japanese market products.
Conduct estimation, project planning, backlog management, progress tracking, and risk control.
Ensure successful project delivery is aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Communication
Manage expectation alignment and build consensus with stakeholders.
Analyze and understand business requirements, propose solutions, and create outline specifications.
Communicate directly with Product Managers (Japan HQ) and clients via meetings, email, and chat tools.
Team Leadership
Build frameworks and improve processes to maximize team performance.
Guide, mentor, and manage project members to ensure both technical and organizational growth.
Coordinate with offshore engineering teams and allocate resources effectively.
What we need:
3+ years experience as a BrSE / Project Manager for development projects.
Experience in acceptance test planning and execution.
Hands- on experience in writing design/specification documents (screen/API/batch design, database).
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and continuous self- improvement.
Japanese: N1 equivalent in speaking & listening (business- level required).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
English: Good communication skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and team members.
Solid understanding of software requirement definition & basic design.
