JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented and detail- oriented Business Analyst (BA) to join our product team. As a BA, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. You will help shape product features and ensure that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and delivered effectively. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non- technical users.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain product documentation: BRD, SRS, process flows, mockups, etc;
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, and QA team during the product lifecycle to ensure proper implementation of requirements;
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals;
Identify opportunities for improving business processes and propose solutions
Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and customers to gather and analyze business requirements;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product decision- making;
REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
Ability to write clear and well- structured documentation (BRD, user stories, diagrams);
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Lark, or similar;
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken);
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role in a tech/product company;
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially Agile/Scrum;
Experience working with API, database, or system integration is a plus.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of advertising, fintech, or e- commerce domains;
Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (eg, Figma, Balsamiq)
Experience in tech startups or digital product companies;
WORKING HOURS
Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Afternoon off);
