Business Analyst

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Research and define user needs.
Analyze and propose solutions to address users’ pain points
Conduct user research to gather insights and validate assumptions.

Documentation and Specification:

Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business process diagrams.
Define clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Develop process maps and use cases to visualize workflows.

Collaboration and Communication:

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Provide clarifications, guidance, and address questions to maintain smooth project progress.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Reporting and Presentation:

Prepare reports and present insights to management and other stakeholders.

Others:

Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are met.

Yêu cầu công việc

Effective communication and negotiation skills;
Adaptable, fast learner and proactive;
Experience working with logistics or supply chain management is a must;
Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile- driven environments;
The ability to learn and adapt to new domains quickly;
At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role;
High proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
Experience & knowledge in Loyalty, Retail, Omni- channel is a huge plus;
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills;
