Business Analyst

We are looking for a sharp and detail- oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in IT and software development.
Responsibilities

Obtain high- level functional requirements from internal stakeholders or customers.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Change(history) Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes or systems with patch notes.
Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision- making.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (FRS, BRD etc..), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Solution Design: Collaborate with development and product teams to design and propose effective and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Process Analysis: Map and analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
Actively communicate with stakeholders to clarify any requirements.
Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the documented requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (at least 2 years of experience handling business requirements directly from business users).
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart.
• Experience with different project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
• Self- initiation and proactivity as a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Optional Preferences

Strategic thinking in the face of limited resources and limitations.
Hands- on software engineering experience.
Knowledge of additional project methodologies.
Flexible and agile response capability (focus on speed or detail as needed).
Familiarity with Figma.
Higher degrees.
Fluency in English.
Ability to exert sufficient influence on developers.
Strong documentation, record- keeping, and tracking skills.
