Business Analyst

Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features is trained and handled over to support team
Creates and updates product and process documentation.
Assigns complete and estimated tasks to Project Manager for project timeline planning.
Writes the Jira tasks and works with the Dev team to come up with estimations.
Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date.
Work with Product Managers to gather / clarify requirements and business goals and build initial wireframe
Works with the Technical teams to understand technical approach.
Assist to make the communication & information transparent between team members.

Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma)
Excellent working attitude, problem- solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills
Communicate in English fluently
Ability to work successfully in a global team environment
At least 3- 4+ years’ experience in the position
Good at documentation and writing skills, confident presenter
