Business Analyst

Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate requirement sign- off sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including development, QA and project management to create detailed requirement documents, including functional and non- functional requirements.
Collaborate in project planning activities as needed.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Perform data analysis to support decision- making and identify trends or insights.
Develop use cases, user story, process models (e.g., BPMN), wireframes, and acceptance criteria to visualize solutions.
Provide ongoing support and communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in FinTech or IoT sectors is a plus.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Proven experience in creating detailed requirement documents and managing sign- off processes.
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

Use case development, BPMN, UML- based process modeling, and ERD design.
Project management fundamentals.
Requirement gathering and documentation.
Business process analysis and improvement.
Data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts.
