Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering, defining and analyzing big requirements under the supervision
Gather simple requirement from client and manage to appropriately, and timely response to them
Verify output for releasing
Attend period & requested meetings with the client or the team
Make periodic or ad- hoc reports by request
Have knowledge of the data processes and be able to train the new staff
Have basic knowledge of gathering requirements, requirement analysis methods, data process related to each task
Create & manage documents related to requirements as needed
Manage all documents and information related to the requirements
Do other tasks requested by the Project Manager or Team Leader
Follow- up on the requirement execution and request supporting materials in need to ensure progress
Responsible for releasing data, and follow- up the maintenance after the release (if required)
Communicate with the client or relevant stakeholders for clarifying/ distributing requirements in a specific and clear manner
Detect the data issues and propose effective changes
Define, analyze and provide solutions for simple requirements to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
High level of competency in Excel & Powerpoint
Self- motivation & strong project & stakeholder management.
Knowledge of property industry, data mindset and SQL/ BigQuery are strong advantages
Able to work in a fast- paced team structure under time pressure
Critical reasoning and logical thinking is a must!
Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field, with good scholastic records
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, still able to infuse innovation with an open- minded approach.
Strong command of English and Vietnamese language
