We are seeking business analysts for e- commerce projects. Business analysts should be fluent in English (both writing and speaking) and have effective communication skills to communicate with clients and project teams effectively. He has the ability to design, deliver and support teams to develop work plans and milestone plans. Besides, he has the ability to deliver projects on time, with excellent quality and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Assess the feasibility of the request when given a set of constraints
- Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.
- Actively work with Developers and the project team
- Analyse and specify requirements, and synthesise information provided by relevant stakeholders.
- Willing to study new things and improve knowledge
- Gather business and system requirements from the clients.
- Assist the client in defining requirements, suggesting ideas, and providing solutions.
- Quickly absorb and understand the domain knowledge
- Take the main BA role in big/complex projects
Requirements
- Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Understanding basic e- commerce concepts/ Website development/ Salesforce is a big plus
- Personal integrity, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management.
- Excellent English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
- At least 03 years of experience working as a Software Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem- solving skills.
